Allan Anderson serves as the Manager of Digital Communications for American Veterans Vote. Allan founded and serves as owner and CEO of AA Consulting Services, PLLC, a Virginia-based environmental engineering firm specializing in NEPA compliance, LEED certification support, sustainability planning, and regulatory solutions for local engineering/construction firms and federal partners. He served 14 years on active duty as a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers officer, earning the Ranger Tab and Parachutist Badge and rising to the rank of Major. Following military service, he served as the Energy and Environment Program Manager at the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (USAINSCOM), leading high-level National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) efforts, full-lifecycle facility planning and renovations, permitting, wetlands delineation, and worldwide Environmental, Safety, and Health compliance inspections.
